You download the app for free on App Store or Google Play. You log in through your phone number and verification code you receive via SMS.
After that you create your user profile and you either
a) create your own stable and invite the other members of your stable team by typing their phone number in Stable detail. For each member, you select a suitable team role. In case that a member should have all the rights within the app (including editing), you select a teamleader or deputy role for them. If they are only supposed to have right for using the functions in the app without the possibility to edit stable or horses profiles, the Member team role is going to fit perfectly.
or
b) you are added into an already existing stable. Remember that every user can be a member of an unlimited number of stables.
In Stable detail you define the types of work, which you want to use while creating tasks in Work plan. You also need to create profiles for your horses to be able to use all the functions.
Work plan
You create tasks in the Work plan for each horse and day. While creating a new task, you select the type of work (which you have already defined in Stable detail) and a team member responsible for completing the task. This Member is immediately notified about the new task and once they mark the task as completed, it is the Teamleader who is notified about the change. This way it is the whole team that has a good overview about planned tasks and their current status. You can also note already completed tasks into Work plan and use it as a work diary to keep overview about the past weeks.
Horse care
In every horse profile you need to select the Responsible, who is going to receive notifications for upcoming treatments in the Care section. After filling in the required data, you get an overview of already completed as well as upcoming events, which you are also notified about. You will no longer forget about vaccinations, shoeing, deworming or teeth treatment. In the app you decide yourself how much time in advance you want to be notified that the vet visit or shoeing of your horses needs to be booked.
For each treatment you can also write a note, for example to keep track of specific deworming tablets or vaccinations. Apart of that you can find a space to notify any important data in the general Note in the Care tab, e.g. a current medication.
Stable Events Calendar
You can note all the important dates in the Events section. This tool is useful not only to plan upcoming shows, a vet visit or for example a birthday party for one of your stable friends but also to keep track of free days of your team members. Apart of the Events section, you can also see all the upcoming events in the first row of the Work plan. To go back to Events from the Work plan, you simply click on the calendar icon.
Another handy function is the Feed overview, when you note the feeds for individual horses. This way you have all the information you need for preparation of the feeds always on you.
My tasks
Especially in case you have more horses or you are a member of more stables, you will appreciate the My tasks section, where you can see all your tasks from different stables at one place. The tasks are listed including all the notes, which were written down while creating the tasks.
